Contract Withdrawl

The customer (consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection legislation) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without stating any reason for their decision. The customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract for:

Goods that are perishable or expire quickly
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery
Other cases excluded by applicable consumer protection laws

The customer may download the withdrawal form and send the completed form to the seller by email at:

Alternatively, the customer may send any written statement clearly indicating the withdrawal from the contract, including the following information:

Customer’s full name
Customer’s address
Email address
Order number and order date
Date of receiving the order
Telephone number

After receiving the completed withdrawal form or written statement, the seller will send confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal notice.

Returning the Goods

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the customer must return the goods to the seller within 14 days from the date on which the customer informed the seller of the withdrawal.

The deadline is considered met if the goods are sent before the expiry of the 14-day period.

The customer must return the goods:

Undamaged
In the original packaging
With all accompanying documentation
In unchanged quantity

unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost, or their quantity has decreased without fault of the customer.

The customer may inspect and test the goods only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Any use exceeding this scope is considered use of the goods, and the customer may lose the right to withdraw from the contract.

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

A copy of the original invoice and the customer’s personal information must be included with the returned goods.

The only cost borne by the customer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.

The seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the seller receives the returned goods.

For security, accuracy, and payment tracking purposes, refunds are made exclusively via bank transfer to the customer’s bank account. Cash refunds are not possible.

If a bonus, discount code, or promotional code was used when placing the order, these benefits are treated as discounts and are non-refundable. Only the amount actually paid will be refunded to the customer.

Warranty and Non-Conforming Goods

The customer’s right to a refund in cases involving warranties or non-conforming goods is governed by applicable consumer protection legislation.
